I've dealt with Rooter Man before, but this is the first time I've had to rely on them for service. We were impressed from the get-go! The office staffed with Lacie, Crystal, and Chris were outstanding in arranging for services to our business and promised a rapid response. The tech, Mark, arrived and quickly got to work. Within about an hour, the issue was resolved and we got right back to normal operations. Huge shoutout to everyone involved, don't go anywhere else!!
