Vey bad service this office in old Saint Augustine rd . I’m very disappointed with their service , they over charged me without letting me know , they won’t let me see doctor unless I pay with is I already payed what ask me the first time , pls don’t go there .

I should have known what type of service I would get when I saw the way the paperwork looked. Totally unprofessional!! They did not follow up with insurance company. They waited until the very last minute to call me to let me know the insurance company had not responded to the request for surgery. The insurance company said they tried three times to contact the office for more information, but did not receive a return call, therefore they denied the request for surgery. Totally and completely unprofessional in all ways!!
